About Wild Plume

Wild Plume was founded as an off shoot of my mother's 20+ years successful small business, FYN and Co. Mercantile, based out of central Ohio. Growing up with a entrepreneur mom, I saw the good, the bad, and all the fun a small business could bring. In 2019, I began the ordering, displaying, and selling of the boutique clothing within FYN. This was a fun side business for me, but as it grew, I knew I wanted to expand beyond just brick and mortar and take it online. So, to do this, I created the LLC, Wild Plume, and we went live online in November 2021. My mission has always been to bring you on-trend, comfortable, and versatile clothing to make getting ready for the day easy, cute, and quick! 

As a mom of three small children, as well as a kindergarten teacher, I knew I would need some help getting this online business started. Meet those you may or may not have seen working behind the scenes of Wild Plume:

My mom, Denise-such a great source of knowledge about all the behind the scenes of a small business for me. I would not have been able to start this without her!

Shelby-one of my longest and best friends, who runs the social media for Wild Plume. You can catch her making appearances with her sister, Katie, on our social media from time to time. Even though she lives in Utah, we message many times a day about all our ideas we have on how to expand and grow Wild Plume. 

Abbey-Our photographer! Abbey is a fellow teacher, art teacher to be exact, and is the brains behind all the photography on our website. Her attention to detail and creative posing ideas make our photo shoots so fun!

Amy+Addison-Our fit models! Amy is my cousin who has been with FYN for many, many years. She is the model on our LIVEs and you have seen her working in FYN if you have been to our store. Addison is a new friend who recently joined the crew, and is so cooperative with all our posing requests. You can find both modeling Wild Plume clothing on our site and social media platforms.
